Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days, depending on your location. We’ll send you a tracking number once your order is shipped so you can follow its journey.
Yes! Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and meet our return policy guidelines. Please note, the buyer bears the courier charges.
Refunds are made only via online bank transfer and to the same account holder name as listed in the booking address. Refunds to other individuals or account names are not allowed.
